USE:
Prostate Cancer
In combination with prednisone for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Efficacy determined based on substantially prolonged overall survival and radiographic progression-free survival in 2 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 3 studies (COU-AA-301 and COU-AA-302).
In combination with prednisone for the treatment of high-risk metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer. Efficacy determined based on substantially prolonged overall survival compared with placebo in men with metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer and ≥2 high-risk factors associated with poor prognosis in the LATITUDE study
